Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.

  1. Age restriction: Under 12s only (older siblings accepted). A responsible parent/guardian must be present at all times. No drop-offs permitted.

  2. Group entry: Adult-only groups are not permitted. A maximum of 2 adults per child applies for family groups.

  3. Tickets: All attendees must have a valid ticket. Children aged 1 year and under are free. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred or sold privately.

  4. Event environment: The event will be busy with hundreds of attendees. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together. Music is club bangers and entertainment is designed for children aged 0–12 years.

  5. Supervision: Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times.

  6. Venue setup: The event is standing/dancing with extremely limited seating available.

  7. Venue hygiene: The venue will be deep cleaned and sanitised prior to the event.

  8. Lighting: Low lighting will be used (no strobes). Please allow a few minutes for your eyes to adjust upon entry.

  9. Safety: Each event is risk assessed and managed under strict safety guidelines.

  10. Prams: Prams are not permitted inside the venue.

  11. Food & drink: A licensed bar will be available. No glass is permitted on site. Alcohol is for adults only and must be consumed responsibly.

  12. Media: We may photograph or film parts of the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use.

  13. Conduct: As a family-friendly event, we expect responsible behaviour from all adults. Staff will actively monitor the event to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
